The Craft Market is held on the grounds of historic Mt. Gretna Park, the place where Mt. Gretna itself began in 1884. This gently rolling location situated among the trees is adjacent to the public parking lots which host the crowds attending the weekend shows. From there, it is an easy walk to either event. Craft Market food vendors offer a variety of selections all during the show weekend.
It is expected that all participants will produce an attractive display of their product. Boxes, crates, and other materials not integrated into your display must be concealed or removed. Because you are outside for the weekend, a tent is recommended to shelter your product exhibit. NOTE: DISPLAY SETUP DAYS ARE THURSDAY AND FRIDAY ONLY. NO SATURDAY MORNING SETUP ALLOWED. DO NOT APPLY IF YOU CANNOT FOLLOW THIS NECESSARY RESTRICTION. NO EXCEPTIONS!
By registering for this show, you are agreeing to exhibit throughout the show hours and days specified above. An early exit or a “no show” on either day will exclude you from future participation. Limitations on the number of exhibitors in each category are imposed, if necessary, by the coordinator. Each exhibitor must provide all the elements required for their entire display. By participating in the show, each exhibitor assumes full responsibility for loss, breakage, or personal injury within their space.
Under PA law, in order to participate, every exhibitor must have a valid PA sales tax number and must collect tax on all sales during the show.
If received after July 1st a late application fee of $50 must be added to the basic rental fee for each space and must be submitted along with the completed application found below. (All money returned if application is rejected or if show is filled.) Accepted applicants will be notified of their inclusion in the show as soon as practical after receipt of their entry.
100% if written notice of withdrawal received 60+ days before show; 50% if received 30-59 days before; no refund if 29 days or less.
